Yes. Add their WhatsApp number and your message at checkout. Leave their number out if you would prefer the voucher to come to you.
How long is the voucher valid?
Massage and rand vouchers are valid for three years from purchase. Massage packs are valid for 12 months; remaining value then becomes a rand voucher. The November Reset is valid for 6 months from purchase.
What if your prices change?
A massage voucher is for the massage itself, paid for at today’s price. Nobody is ever asked to top it up. A rand voucher contributes its value towards the price of a massage when redeemed.
Can I give it for two?
Yes - two vouchers in one purchase, or a pack. We book them one after the other, and each of them has Ntokozo’s whole attention.
What if they have never had a massage?
Then they are exactly who this is for. They get our first-visit guide, every step from the gate to the cup of tea afterwards, and Ntokozo goes through their answers with them before she begins.
How do they use it?
They book online or on WhatsApp and give us the voucher code, or show it when they arrive. We note it on the booking.
