Five minutes before your time is perfect. There’s no waiting room, so on time is better than early - Ntokozo will be ready for you.

The day before
Reese sends a reminder on WhatsApp with how to find us. If anything has changed, just reply. Moving or cancelling is free.

At the gate
Tell security you’re visiting Everdream at DIVA. They’ll show you where to park.

Up to Room 206
Take the lift to the second floor; we’re at the end of the corridor on the right. There’s no reception desk and no queue. Ntokozo opens the door and welcomes you herself.

Your feet first
A chair, warm water in a copper bowl, three slow breaths of the oil. Ntokozo goes through your answers with you - the pressure, where to spend the time, what to leave alone. These minutes are on us; your booked time starts on the table.

Undress in private
She steps out. Undress as far as you’re comfortable - most people keep their underwear on - and lie under the sheet. Only the part she’s working on is ever uncovered.

Your hour
The door is closed and the room is quiet. A heated blanket when the day is cold. Nobody talks unless you do. If anything should be firmer or softer, one word changes it. Falling asleep is allowed.

Afterwards
Take your time to come round, with a glass of water or a cup of tea. Dress at your own pace. Pay by card or Apple Pay - or pay ahead of time by secure link, so there’s nothing to do afterwards. Nothing else is expected of you - not a tip, not a word.

The day after
A little tenderness after deeper work is normal. Reese checks in on WhatsApp; tell her what you loved and what you’d change, and it goes straight to Ntokozo for next time.

Just yourself, in whatever is comfortable. There is nothing you need to bring; keep valuables with you in the room or leave them at home.
Do I have to undress?
Only to your level of comfort. Most people keep their underwear on. You have privacy to undress, you are under the sheet before Ntokozo comes back in, and only the area she is working on is ever uncovered.
Will it hurt? Can I change the pressure?
It shouldn’t, and yes. You tell us the pressure you like before you arrive, Ntokozo checks it as she goes, and one word changes it. Deep work can feel like a good stretch; it should never make you hold your breath. Firm costs nothing extra.
Do I have to talk?
Not at all. Most people don’t, and Ntokozo follows your lead - silence is completely normal. So is falling asleep.
Should I tip?
Nothing is expected - not a tip, not a reason, not a word. If you would like to leave something for Ntokozo, that is lovely and entirely yours to decide. If you don’t, you are exactly as welcome, now and next time.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Any time, at no charge - message us on WhatsApp or use the link in your confirmation. A quick message beforehand means the time can go to someone else.
I’m pregnant, or I have a medical condition. Can I still come?
Very possibly, with the massage adapted to you - but that is Ntokozo’s call, not a website’s. Tell us when you book and we will check before anything is confirmed.
Is there a minimum age?
Sixteen and up. Parents or guardians don’t need to be present.
